Simce today I've been trying to enter the apo and there's a pop up saying "upgrade" but when I go to the playstore there's no update to download. I uninstalled the app and install it again but it still give me the same error in loop. Am I missing something?

when trying to type observations, the screen keeps moving away from the area that you're typing meaning that you can't see what you're typing.

I can't login they said I'm not authorised.... I was used last week and was working fine..... Can some one contact me please

Need to be able to save username and password. It's just not user friendly

NOT able to save passwords and having awkward log ins take time. Please enable an option to save password that would make our experience so much better. Well done on allowing us to observe one section only.

It is not user friendly to manually input a username and password every time I want to use the app. It is unnecessarily time consuming to have to input my user login credentials every time which is ironic given the nature of on the spot observations. Evaluations should include the option to save while you are connected to the internet. I have lost progress on my evaluations due to getting distracted only to find I have to start from the beginning. I am aware there is a option to save progress locally but it would be ideal for the evaluations to save in real time. Certain interaction type evaluations are hindered by the forced nature of 'new' and 'prepay' interactions being so dominant. Meaning I should be able to evaluate an interaction on its own criteria and not be forced to evaluate on elements of a conversation that is geared towards something else.

Team can you assist with this app. It has stopped working and says no connection

Too many elements to fill out on an observation. No option for "not observed". Despite the app being downloaded, we still are required to sign in every time (using an abnormal sign in).
